HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?
Prices are based on size of dog, type of coat, length of coat, condition of coat, and the dog’s behavior. ESTIMATES can be given over the phone or through email.
DO YOU NEED ANYTHING FROM MY HOUSE?

No, we are a full service salon and bring all supplies needed, but anything that may make your pup feel more comfortable and/or any shampoo they my need is welcomed.
WHAT ARE YOUR WORK DAYS?

Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday (8AM- 5PM) and mobile grooming hours are Monday through Thursday (9 AM to 5 PM) .
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?

If you must cancel, we ask that you cancel +48 hours before your appointment for proper rescheduling. If cancellation is necessary your deposit will not be refunded.
ARE VACCINES REQUIRED?

For pups who are able to get vaccines, yes they are required. Though pups who are unable to get vaccines are still welcome but vet exemptions will be required.
HOW DO I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?

If a NEW client; follow the 'Register A Pet' tab to get registered.

If repeating client; text, call, or email for availability.

Recurring appointments available. Please allow flexibility considering previously schedule clients. We do our best to schedule as close to recurring request as possible.

Recommend appointments are held two hours after response.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD MY DOG BE SERVICED?

Recommendations can be given on dog by dog bases. Recommendations given based on multiple factors such as

How quickly your pup gets cleaned (how often they have a chance to roll in some dirt).

How quickly their coat grows back out.

Owners personal preference (how much owner can provide their own care).

I BOOKED 2 DOGS. DO YOU GIVE DISCOUNTS?

Yes, we do! For recurring appointments for multiple dogs on the same day, we offer a 10% discount off the regular service fee. However, please note that any additional services or fees beyond the standard rate are not eligible for this discount.
